By accessing and using Munsif, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Munsif is a platform that connects civilians seeking legal assistance with qualified mediators and arbitrators. We provide tools for case management, communication, document sharing, and video consultations. Munsif acts as a facilitator and is not a law firm or legal service provider.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Roles and Responsibilities

4.1 Civilians

As a civilian user, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your legal matters
  • Communicate respectfully with mediators/arbitrators
  • Honor agreements made with mediators/arbitrators
  • Pay agreed-upon fees for services rendered

4.2 Mediators/Arbitrators

As a mediator/arbitrator, you agree to:

  • Maintain valid professional credentials and licenses
  • Provide competent and ethical legal services
  • Maintain client confidentiality
  • Comply with all applicable laws and professional standards
  • Accurately represent your qualifications and experience

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit any harmful code or malware
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Collect or store personal data about other users
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant Munsif a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

All platform content, features, and functionality are owned by Munsif and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Payments and Fees

Munsif may charge fees for certain services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying all fees associated with your use of the platform. Payment arrangements between civilians and mediators/arbitrators are made directly between the parties.

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. MUNSIF DOES NOT:

  • Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information
  • Warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Endorse or verify the credentials of mediators/arbitrators
  • Guarantee the outcome of any legal matter
  • Provide legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUNSIF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Munsif and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
